EXECUTIVE PHYSICAL - a comprehensive annual check-up that includes:
Electrocardiogram (ECG): checks your heart’s rhythm and electrical activity
DEXA Body Composition Scan: Measures body fat percentage including visceral fat, muscle mass, and bone density
VO2 Max Testing: Evaluates cardiovascular capacity during exercise and correlates with lifespan and healthspan.
ADVANCED LAB TESTING (yearly) - we go beyond routine blood work to help detect health risks early. Advanced labs include:
Fasting Insulin: early marker for insulin resistance and metabolic disease
Hemoglobin A1c: 3 month average blood sugar
Uric acid and homocysteine: relates to high blood pressure and cardiovascular risk
